Dear Ralph Kozak,

You don't know how pleased I was when I found you on the Internet. A copy of Jesus Laughing fell out of my bible when I was praying. The picture reminded me so much of a Benedictine Monk who is a friend of mine. His name is Brother Nathanael and he is a high school theology teacher, Oblate Director, Guest Master, Former Jesuit, and a wonderful friend. At the time I found the picture he was undergoing open-heart surgery and was having a lot of complications and almost died. His death would have been such a tragic loss to all those he has touched around him. He truly emulates Jesus and is always laughing. Fortunately he pulled through his surgery, lost 30 lbs. and is back teaching. I have always wanted to give him one of your paintings, and tell him how I prayed for him, but didn't know where to find you. Now that I have I need to tell you Thank You and God Bless You.
