What a blessing I have received in blessing others. I ordered postcards of Jesus laughing and sent them to many people anonymously. A group of adults as well as teens at my church just came back from a missions trip to Cuba. I sent them each a post card writing "Well done good and faithful servant....Thanks for sharing in your masters happiness." Although I haven't heard from the people who received them as it was sent anonymously, I have seen their spirits encouraged. In fact in just a few weeks our church will have another trip where some of our young people will be going back to Cuba, on another missions trip. I believe the words of encouragement and the picture of Jesus sharing in their happiness was a tool in making the decision to return so soon.

Another event which is taking place in my Christian circle is a walk called Emmaus. I know of several people who are sacrificing their time, money and talents to work this event in order to bless and love on others who are looking for a closer walk with Jesus. I am sending each of them (46) a card with a Bible verse that encourages them. I have written...Well done good and Faithful servant.. thanks for serving me through Emmaus. You are so special to me. I love you....Jesus." When I give these cards out anonymously then the true spirit of being Jesus with skin on comes into effect. He gets all the glory.
